he other night I was laying in bed half asleep and calling Court of Atonements for myself. I was working on embarrassment.
I, ________, am embarrassed, it’s true I am embarrassed. I have been horribly embarrassed. I place all of this embarrassment into a Full Court of Atonement to be resolved at it’s points of origin. I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.
I, _________, am ashamed, it’s true, I am ashamed, I have felt terribly ashamed.
I, _______, place all of this shame and ashamed feelings into a Full Court of Atonement with the entirety of my family and my family lineages to be resolved at their points of origin.
I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.
I, _________, am embarrassed for others. I am ashamed for others. I want to sensor myself to protect others from being embarrassed or ashamed FOR me.
I, ________, place all of this fear of embarrassing others or fear of making others ashamed of me into a Full Court of Atonement to be resolved throughout my timeline as well as throughout my family and my family lineages. I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.
